Service
Channel manager integration.
Live availability, correct pricing, and rate rules the site actually understands. Built against your platform's API where it has one, and designed properly around its booking engine where it does not.
Why it matters
The integration is where good websites quietly fail.
A site can look immaculate and still quote the wrong price, show dates that cannot be booked, or ignore a fixed Saturday changeover until the guest reaches checkout. Every one of those is an integration failure dressed up as a design problem.
We start inside your platform rather than in Figma. What the API exposes, what the booking engine will let you restyle, how minimum stays vary by season, whether extras and deposits can be represented before the final step — all of it gets mapped before a single page is designed.
Detail
What the work involves.
What we map in the audit
Before anything is scoped.
- API capability: what is exposed, what is rate-limited, what simply is not available
- Rate logic: seasonal minimums, fixed changeover days, short-break rules, party-size pricing
- Extras, deposits, damage waivers, cleaning fees and how early they can be shown
- Payment flow: whether checkout can stay on your domain, and what happens if it cannot
- Multi-currency, tax and locale handling for cross-border portfolios
Two routes, honestly assessed
The right one depends on scale and control.
- Embedded booking engine: fast, robust, well supported, and right for most operators under about five properties
- Native API build: custom search, filtering, map views and on-domain checkout — necessary past about ten properties
- We make that call in the audit and show you the reasoning, rather than defaulting to whichever is more profitable to build
Platforms we build against
Twenty and counting.
- Tier one: Guesty, Hostaway, Smoobu, SuperControl, Lodgify, Hospitable
- Tier two: Beds24, OwnerRez, Uplisting, eviivo, Avantio, Bookster
- Also supported: iGMS, Tokeet, Anytime Booking, Bookalet, Freetobook, Zeevou, elina, Rentals United
Questions people actually ask
Straight answers.
What if my platform has no API?
Then we design around its booking engine and tell you plainly where the seams will be. Several platforms in this market have no meaningful API and still support perfectly good websites.
What we will not do is promise an on-domain checkout that the platform cannot deliver.
Will the integration break when my platform updates?
API integrations need maintenance, and we are upfront about that. Embedded engines are more stable because the platform manages the component.
Every API build ships with monitoring on the integration points, so a breaking change surfaces as an alert rather than as a lost booking.
Can you migrate me between platforms?
We can build against the new one, and we will help with the website side of a migration. We are not a PMS migration consultancy and would not pretend to be.
In most cases we advise keeping the platform you have. It is running the business; the website is the part that needs the work.
