What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this website we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, business name, website address, location, portfolio size, the booking platform you use, your budget range, your timescale and anything you write in the message field.

We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to understand which parts of this website are useful. Nothing else.

We do not add enquiries to a marketing list, we do not run automated email sequences, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiry form submissions are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor and its own privacy terms apply to the transmission.

Once received, enquiry details are held in our email system and, where a project proceeds, in our project records.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to projects we have delivered are kept for seven years for accounting and legal purposes.

Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, and to object to processing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, plus analytics cookies where you have consented. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
